Downe House boarding school approached us to buy a mobile catering trailer that will support big calendar events throughout the year such as sports days, which caters to both parents and students to offer free of charge beverages and food.
We had discussions with Ben, the Event Manager, to make sure the trailer matched their brand guidelines and serving requirements.
After several meetings with Ben, our production and design team put a plan together using the brief from the customer.
We matched the branding of the trailer to the school’s sports kit and added on their logo.
Two self-service machines were added at the front of the trailer so the trailer didn’t always need to be managed, and students and parents could serve themselves during busy events when they needed refreshments.
”We have lots of big events going on for the duration of the year, and this unit is going to be invaluable to us. We have a large playing field but limited buildings from which we can serve refreshments. This unit means we can use different venues, move the unit around and I think it’s just an eye-catching and exciting thing to have here.
