Chamber Expo 2023 was a fantastic day of meeting local businesses and looking at ways to increase our export trade.
This year’s event included the International Trade Pavilion, where we gained some excellent insight into overseas markets and opportunities.
Having already worked with clients across Europe, North America and the Far East, we have plenty of experience of export – but it’s also an area where we’re looking to grow significantly.
Mobile Retail Ltd is proud to be a member of the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce, who organise the annual Chamber Expo event, which takes place at the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel in Willerby.
The aim of the Expo, which was opened by the new Mayor of Hull, Councillor Kalvin Neal, is to bring local business together, promote networking and encourage international trade.
Claire O’Donnell, our Head of Client Relations, enjoyed meeting with other businesses and talking about potential opportunities to work together in our region and beyond.
She said: “Being part of a successful local economy and a member of the Chamber of Commerce is very important to us and we are always looking for ways to collaborate and help other businesses prosper.
“So it was a brilliant opportunity to meet so many local business people and to find out more about how we can represent our region internationally through export trade.
“We have recently taken steps to set up Mobile Retail for greater success in Europe and the Chamber Expo and International Trade Pavilion gave us some excellent insight that will help us take that further.”
